I always give 10 for every rating but this truly was the best experience i had during my 3 week trip around spain. I stayed at many hotels and apartments and none was as nice as here not even the super expensive 1000 eu a night business hotel in madrid. Staff was super helpful and nice

    Even though the location of the Residence is not in the centre, it is well connected by the Metro line that goes straight to the centre of Valencia. But an added bonus of not being in the centre is the quiet area, where not much of the busy town noises can be heard. I stayed in a single room, which had everything I needed for a night's stay. Breakfast was ok, and the staff was very friendly. Check-in was also easy and my request for an early check-in was accepted, for which I am grateful. I definitely recommend the residence.

    The room was very clean. Air conditioning worked very well. Very polite Lady, who prepared breakfast etc. I definitely recommend! It's located in Godella, but there is a metro (line 1), so it's fast to get into the centre of Valencia.

    It’s very clean house and very friendly stuff. Owner of the Residencia was easy to reach and they helped us even if we noticed at night that we lost key. Maria welcomes everyone in the morning with smile, friendly energy and fresh orange juice. There is a good WiFi and AC in every room.
