Awesome, clean and bright new apartment that’s an easy walk away from all the historical attractions, restaurants and beachfront. Free parking at the university around the corner was a bonus. Communication and check-in were a breeze. A truly delightful stay!

This is a fabulous property and I doubt it could be matched in Cartagena . The suite is beautifully furnished , spacious and every need catered for . The mini bar which is included in the price is generous and caters for all . The air con perfect . The app for entry etc of the property was flawless and the parking very convenient .The views from the 5th floor and comfortable seating - gorgeous . It is also perfectly sound proofed: we had our best sleep in over 2 weeks in Spain . Breakfast at Bar Sol on the corner was a perfect start to the day with good food in a lovely setting with great staff . Really 👏👏👏to all staff at Casa de Flores .

The apartment is new with good furniture and all necessary facilities to live there (whashing mashing, dishwasher, cattle, microwave, fridge), planty of kitchenware. The location is perfect. Nearby all sightseeings, but at the same time quite. Free parking is 10 minutes work

The location was perfect. We could easily walk to all the places we wanted to go. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and contained everything we could possibly need. It is situated on an upper level and we opened the windows in the morning to a pleasant view and the sound of children playing below. There was an elevator, so getting luggage up and down was no problem. The management was super helpful and very nice. We enjoyed staying here so much that we extended our stay by one night. It was so nice to stay somewhere we felt so relaxed.

This was one of the best places my husband and I have ever stayed it. It was clean, convenient, and well-stocked with all the necessities. There was even free parking in an on-site garage. We were within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars and city activities. We wished we had been able to stay longer and would love to stay there again.
