They sent photos with instructions, which made it easy to access the apartment building as well as the apartment. The keys were right where they said they would be when I walked in and it was easy to leave them right there when I left as well very convenient.

The accommodation was nice and had everything you needed. It is convenient for Bilbao, close to the train station that has a frequent service into the centre and is in a nice area. The host Jose was fantastic, very welcoming and extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again

Enrique was a wonderful host; welcoming, informative and very helpful. His place is located on the river close to Guggenheim and old town. A pleasant walk along the river. The bus station is also a short walk. The accommodation is spacious, welcoming, king size bed extremely comfortable; exceptionally clean, quality breakfast ingredients. Very quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay and would certainly stay again. Highly recommend

Marcos was really friendly and helpful. Gave us loads of information about using the metro and told us to visit plaza Nuevo for the best pinchos. The room was pristine having only been open a week. Good luck with your business 😁 Liked the view of the river and the pleasant walk along it away from traffic

    It was important for me to stay as close as possible to the ferry port. This location in Santurtzi was ideal. The owner communicated very clearly and check in was simple and immediate. He also provided very conveniently for my bike. The room was comfortable, well appointed and catered perfect for my needs as a returning pilgrim on the Camino.

    Location and ease of access - instructions easy Lovely apartment/ very clean - perfect Some chocolate and coffee pods to use on arrival was super !! Breakfast place right beside apartment to the right - Bar Ametsa lovely food and staff !!

    Lovely and very clean room with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom was very clean and nice as well. The location is ideal, just 3 minutes away from the underground. The staff is very communicative, polite and helpful.
