The host was very friendly. (He acted like my grown daughter's abuelo.) We had a very nice dish made from a local weed (cardillos) for dinner, which the host said he foraged himself. We got in late and left right after breakfast but I imagine it's a nice place to unplug for a few days.

The apartment is very nice with very comrade beds. Everything is new and you have everything you need. There are ACs so very convenient to have heating in the winter and cooling down in the summer. The location is amazing, just 3 minutes away from the cathedral.
