When we arrived at the property there was an issue which meant we couldn’t stay there (brief look round and flat looked fab). It was 8pm so not hopeful that I’d get hold of the company. They responded immediately and tried their hardest to rectify the situation. Within 1hr they had found us an alternative property to stay at. When we got there it was beautiful with everything we needed. Their prompt and good customer service turned what started out as a bad experience into a really good one. I would definitely stay with them again as service was exceptional and flat we stayed in way ideal. I know that they will have already fixed the problem in the flat we were supposed to stay in.

    Staff were very friendly. We were allocated a quiet room as requested, which had an amazing view over the docks. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The shower was hot and powerful and the bathroom very well laid out. Breakfast was nicely cooked. The location was ideal for bars and restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy parking next door at the NCP car park. I would definitely return.
