Everything was exceptional 200 year old Jute Mill turned into 2 hotels Clean modern comfortable Huge rooms.Quiet airy with features of the building exposed to add character. WiFi is great. Staff very professional and friendly and well dressed. Compulsory extras deposit of £50 refunded on check out. Daisy Tasker resteraunt and pub food superb Excellent TV in my room Comfy large beds Walk in shower with rainforest shower head. Soaps gels shampoos hair conditioner big fluffy towels.Lots of storage space Kettle and coffee machine in the room Well litm Access by key card. Full length mirror shaving mirror well lit. Just superb. In my top hotels list. Thank you I'll be back I spent 2 days in bed. Loved it didn't want to leave Food slightly pricey

The breakfast was superior to that of many other hotels with plenty of choices that were replenished throughout the time it was served. They also had the option of making your own breakfast sandwich (BAM) if you didn’t have time to eat in. Additionally, the dining area looked out on the River Tay so the ambiance was very pleasant and you could linger as long as you want.

    Superb apartment. Fitted out to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Two very clean bathrooms one an en suite to the main bedroom the other a family bathroom. Large soft bath towels and hand towels. Lounge large and comfortable with great views over the Tay estuary and road bridge. Accommodation well equipped and warm and homely. Ideally situated and only a short walk down the quayside path to the major attractions. Highly recommended.

    We absolutely loved this property. Location was perfect, walking distance to loads of pubs, restaurants and shops. Apartment was spotless and so well furnished. Not the usual cheap furniture etc you sometimes get in apartments, was done to a really high standard.

    What a "Discovery" Sleeperz is. My first time and I will certainly be back. Ideal location above the train station 2 minutes from town centre, V&A and Discovery. Very clean. Great facilities and staff were fab. We'll done all.

    The location of the property was ideal for a short break near the centre of the beautiful Broughty ferry with nice walks and local restaurants/cafes nearby, it was very clean with nice decor throughout. The room had an extremely comfortable bed and a very powerful shower. The staff were helpful and I can’t say enough about the standards of the house maids it’s obvious by the cleaning standards that they really take the job seriously.

    Fabulous hotel in an ideal location for a gig we were attending. Very clean, welcoming and staff exceptionally friendly. Rooms very comfortable with excellent shower and toiletries. Breakfast was very good quality and plentiful.

    The room is large with a double bed. It is very functional but not luxury. Some of the features the room gad was wifi, coffee making facilities and a safe. The location is great for central Dundee. The breakfast buffet was average however could not expect more as this hotel is within the budget range. Ideal hotel for short stay or for a business trip.
