The cottage was indeed 'cosy' and lived up to its name. The location was quiet and beautiful. We could access the City centre easily. The children and we enjoyed the stay, in what perhaps came closest to actually experiencing living in a quiet neighborhood in Edinburgh!

Elizabeth was such a great host, and went out of her way to make sure I had a smooth check-in at a late time. She also helped organize my taxi at checkout. The room and all the amenities were perfect and I loved the coziness of the entire place. Not to mention, the Scottish breakfast Elizabeth made was one of my favorite breakfasts I've had! Highly recommend staying here for a friendly and genuine experience in Scotland.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Edinburgh. The place was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location was excellent — close to the tram and bus stop for easy travel, and even a fantastic pub just behind the property. It was also very convenient to reach the castle and the city centre. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
