This hotel is in a great location, so quiet and accessible from the M74. There is plenty of free parking. The Classic Scottish breakfast was freshly cooked with ingredients - delicious. The room was large and clean, with comfy beds. I heard nothing from the other residents, I thought I had gone deaf! The staff were great, friendly and helpfu.

The fact I went into reception holding my daughters elves and when I asked if I could put them at the bar a staff member went above and beyond giving them and ice bath and message on the chalk board , my daughters face lit up when she saw them.. thanks so much xx

The area is quite & green. The room has all supplies & cleanliness level is great. The view of town is amazing from up the hill. It’s a great relaxing spot & near by train station, bus stop points & there is a public park in a walking distance, with some lake activities for both kids & adults, play grounds… Staff are very supportive, helped with luggage, and provided quick respond via booking for airport transport, all in all, I’ll stay here again.

Auchenlea Lodges has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our night there very much. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the furniture provided, looking out over the field with the horses and the back area full of flowers. Helen was really lovely and helpful. Everything was provided.

    Everything! It was stylish, spotless and had everything you need. Most comfortable beds ever! Ideal location for the train station to then travel to Glasgow or Edinburgh - perfect if attending an event in either city. Private parking too!

    Where I needed to be, close to family in Uddingston. Value to money cheaper than other hotels. Next to Toby carvery for food and drinks. Nice refurbishment very clean and tidy. Spotless bedding and towels. Friendly and helpful staff.

    Gary on reception was very friendly and professional with us at check in. The location was ideal for us visiting M&D's. The room was very clean and well equipped and everything worked.. Ensuite bathroom was very clean. The shower had 2 shower heads for a refreshing shower. Breakfast was buffet style ,help yourself, cooked items or pastry,toast, cereal and selection of fruit juices. The coffee was via a self service machine. A great stay and would recommend highly.
