Unfortunately, I had only a day before my departure, but I would have gladly savored the opportunity to spend more time within its walls. One of the coolest hotels we've ever stayed in. The room was lovely and big, the staff were amazing and the breakfast was wonderful (lots of calories though 😄). Surprisingly, the hotel itself (rooms & lounge) was very quiet although the restaurant and bar were always hectic with lots of happy people🍺. Great stay overall!

    The house is beautiful and in a lovely location, easy to get to as not too far from the main road but far enough to be very peaceful. Breakfast options were good with cooked and continental to choose from. Bed was large, definitely bigger than a double, but not particularly comfortable. Good shower pressure, appreciated that despite the small sink they had a good size tap for filling the kettle. Staff were very friendly and offered some useful tips for cheap and quick travel into Edinburgh.
