Well, everything! it’s literally a house on top of a free house pub. Great views, lovely warm and accommodating hosts. We arrived late and it was quizz night in the pub. the host sat us at a table filled with her friends and we had a wonderful time. can’t say enough about it. loved. it.

Absolutely lovely hotel room, overlooking Swansea Bay. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean. Sliding doors opened onto a small balcony/terrace area.( too wet to use during our stay) Lovely white linens, big bathsheets. Comfort big bed. Block out curtains. Good breakfast downstairs. We also had an enjoyable dinner in the restaurant downstairs. It was a wet day and evening so there was no outside drinkers/socialising or noise to bother us. Pay and display parking, at a good rate, was very close.

    The cottage has a quirky living area, and modern kitchen equipped with everything you need of a high quality. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful garden area ideal for a sunshine breakfast and a gorgeous hot tub at the end of a busy day. Fab location, Mumbles is beautiful with lots of lovely places to eat and drink. Hosts communication great, recommendations fab would absolutely love to stay here again.

    The location was a 10 minute walk from town which was ideal. The host was delightful and couldn’t do enough to please. The breakfast was outstanding and the whole place was immaculate. We would definitely go back.

    The location was ideal and close to all amenities. Gyles was friendly and very welcoming. Our room was amazing and spotlessly clean. Everything you need in the room. Towels, water, hot drinks and fresh milk available on hand. Nothing to complain about, we had a lovely time!!!

    Hotel is in a great central location for visiting mumbles. The rooms and bar/restaurant are all very clean, modern and with stylish decor. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the staff we dealt with were helpful and welcoming. We had an outstanding cooked breakfast on both days cooked by John the chef, best we have ever eaten.
