Absolutely great location, near the pubs and ferry terminal. Simple, yet very clean facilities, and a fantasticly organisized self-catering kitchen (plenty drying towels and other supplies). Special shout-out to Fiona at the reception who enthusiastically consulted with with regards to live usic pubs and dining opportunities.

Location was great, off the beaten track, somewhere you may not explore otherwise with a beautiful walk down to the loch to watch the sunset. Seori is a lovely, intelligent guy who made us feel completely at home. Brilliant place to stay.

A very special experience to stay with Steve and Margaret in their beautiful home. The entire experience is special right from entering the home and walking through Steve's many bookshelves or walking up to your room . The whole house has a touch of elegance and the rooms are special thoughtful touches that make the experience special. Meals are served on order in a beautiful conservatory with excellent views. Steve stands by during breakfast in the coffee bar offering a myriad selection of speciality teas and coffees. Brilliant at all levels Steve is a foodie by choice and has dozens of cookery books. 2 whole shelves filled with Indian Cookery . So not a surprise that he prepared a lovely Indian dinner which was served with a good spread of chutneys and pickles. Truly amazing . Wish we had the luxury of soaking up the special experience for more than one day. Do stop by for a night if passing through

    Had a fabulous stay here, the owner was super friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and very clean. Ideal location in the centre of Ullapool too. Made it very easy to get out and about. Breakfast was delicious too!
