Manolis is an extremely attentive and respectful host who truly could not do enough for us. He arranged taxi transfers from/to the airport as well. His father makes superb desert wine !! Reasonably priced, we stayed in an economy room which was ideal in size. The staff were all fantastic, especially Nic & Alejandro.
