As many other guests pointed out, it's not the room or the physical property that makes this place special. It is the owners, Felicita and her son Giorgos, who treat you to the kind of hospitality I only used to encounter decades ago. Felicita offered me homemade rose jam which was delicious and Giorgos gave me a bowl of homemade meal on my last evening. Not only that, he even washed my car before I left! He was always in touch by message, asking how he could make my stay more comfortable. As for the room, it was spotlessly clean. It had many more extras than a good hotel - different types of cosmetics, mosquito repellent, snacks and coffee. While my room was at the back, the other rooms had amazing views of the bay. The garden of the property was beautiful, with lots of flowers and also amazingly clean. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Charming, smoke-free suite located close to the beach and several restaurants/markets. It is very clean, with upgraded kitchen appliances and bathroom, a washer, and personal pool. It comes with parking and stands at ground level. This is important, as often in the Greek Riviera parking may be remote or quite a chore. Additionally, many buildings lack elevators, resulting in luggage being carried up and down the stairs. I was very pleased with the accommodation and intend to return.

Fantastic location, great facilities and wonderful staff. We booked a sea view room, and what a view! We loved it The pool was well looked after with plenty of sun beds and the pool bar was delightful. Fantastic locations minutes from the beaches and delicious restaurants. And the staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn't want for more. Fully recommend.

Location; a beautiful older house in a nice garden eith beautiful flowers and olive trees. Katarina, the owner is truly a gem. She is very sweet, helpful, friendly. A very lovely woman. It is a bit of a hike up there but the bus stop is right down.

Super apartment to stay with a nice green view! A lux after a full day of walking the Corfu Trek. The swimmingpool is only shared with the other 2/3 houses guests so it was calm and at times we had it just for us. We orderded the extra breakfast prepared by the host and it was excepcional!! Thank you for the stay and sharing your own produce jam and olive oil. 😀 We loved the village of Sokraki and had a chat with several locals! Definitely recommend

    It was a lovely apartment, perhaps a little outdated inside, but charming nonetheless and very good value for such an affordable price. Lovely balcony and extremely close to three different beaches, restaurants, shops and stores. Great location! The hosts were so lovely, and even dropped us off at our next place for cheaper than the taxi cost. Would recommend for the budget traveler!

    Good location close to beaches and lots of restaurants. Hotel was very clean always and the staff worked hard to ensure customer satisfaction. We had a premium room with a sea view (308) which had a lovely large balcony ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day. Also, there was a bus stop right outside the hotel with an hourly bus to Corfu Town (€2.30 one way).
