The area is amazing: nice views, quiet, only locals. The accommodation and the pool are nice, and the hosts are amazing. There is a nice restaurant nearby, so if you need to relax and enjoy some quiet pleasant time, this is definitely the place! Plus, all around you have fig trees and wild berries that you can pick from the side road and eat :).

Plz read this: this place definitely doesnt deserve a 1 like the other guy gave it. If you buy locally and feel good about "helping" local nice people then keep reading. This was a taverna and guest house but 6 years ago a new road and changing demographics closed the taverna. Its run by a 70+ year old couple who are simple salt of the earth warm hearted kind and generous ( we were even introduced to their 96 yr old yaya). The room is very basic. The sheets and towels clean and smell good. The floor and bathroom clean. No frills. No extras. Beautiful quiet surroundings. Fridge in room. Home grown eggs and fresh milk for breakfast, local honey, coffee, toasties... they sat and chatted with us on the porch while we ate. So sweet. In our room was fruit and chocolates. The bed was comfortable . You feel really good by staying there and helping out these wonderful authentic people... its like staying at your grandmas house. You will enjoy and like yourself and feel good about where you spend your money. Get the idea?

everything! from the moment we arrived, the good smell at the luxuriate lobby, the design, the welcoming staff, the room size and beautiful balcony watching over the detailed gardens, the breakfast was amazing and the spa is one of the best I have visited (in the world!) if I’ll visit Ioaninna again this will definitely be my choice!
