The location is close to the beach,to restaurants and cafés. The cleaning lady came every day and they also changed the lining every other day. The bed was very confortable. The area was also quite,although our windows was to the main street,in the evening it was not noisy at all. The outside terrace was big enough and with a wonderful view.

Beautiful view to the garden, terrace, private pool for the guests (with a bar), and of course very friendly hosts ! One can also order some food there in the bar (pizza, omlet, hotdogs, sandwiches, gyros, etc.). We were getting up pretty late and was always able to get some for late breakfast. Besides, we have a kayak and was able to get it dried on the private terrace. Enough space for guests parking under tents. From the appartments, there is about 200meters walk down to the wild beach with red rocks (we were also able to catch some fish there, dorada). About 15mins drive to Vourvourou. We were the second time here with my wife!

Villa Stadi is a great, luxury-level home we got to stay and have a short vacation in. The pictures don't do it justice, the courtyard is much nicer and greener than we expected, and the view from the kitchen, living room and upper balcony is very nice, you can sit for hours, sip your coffee or beer and watch the sea, trees and just dream. Nicely decorated and airy. And there's plenty of space to open up boardgames, watch a movie (TV was great and a breeze to connect to for streaming!). The internet is excellent. The house is located VERY CLOSE to the Kastri beaches. The small Kastri beach one is a short walk away (3 minutes), half of it on a shaded pathway between two other properties. The beach itself is good, with sand sections, some shade from trees, but the host will provide you with chairs and umbrella if you wish so. Most important, there's few people on that beach, and that's in late July - Peak Season I believe. Our kids didn't want to leave that beach! A longer walk away - or a very short drive - is the large Kastri beach. That one is wider and more popular, but not crowded enough to be annoying. We liked it too, and it has slightly better sunset view :) 15min away by car is Nikiti town, with the marina promenade, plenty of bougatsa, and the charming Nikiti old town. This house works well for 2+2 family, but can accomodate much more depending on your sleeping arrangements and tolerance to heat. The two main bedrooms we used had very good air conditioning, the third one doesn't have direct AC but can be cooled with a ventilator. There are also two beds in a partially separated space connected with the living room and with direct AC. The house has one full bathroom, one half bathroom and a separate room with only shower (very useful!) All in all this is a great stay, and the host is so helpful and always ready to respond to questions and wishes.

    The hosts are lovely. Location is in walking distance 100-200m from a very nice beach. You need to take your own umbrella and beach gear. The rooms and courtyard are very well equipped for families. Location is very clean. There many beautiful beaches around. I stronglly recomend it.

    All is very clean, every day you get new towels and room cleaning. Location is next to the best beach for kids. Livari is great with all what one family needs for holiday. Owners are really pleasant people what is very important when you go on type of accomodation like this.
