I really relaxed, a very positive experience. Very Comfortable, very quite, good bar food just a short walk and far enough for there to be no noise from the bar, mind you it was mid week when I was there but I expect there is enough distance for a quite stay. I booked at the last minute and got to the B&B within an hour or less of booking, I knew from info on booking.com to check in at the bar. Despite the short notice I have given, somebody was with me within 10 minutes showing me my room, I was very impressed. Unfortunately the associated restaurant is only open weekends but there was bar food and it was good to very good. Breakfast was included (served in the bar) and it was good but timings see later. Parking no problem. Some lovely little touches in the room to give it the little bit extra that brings it to luxury, like a mini bottle of Persico. While I felt I was paying too much when I booked after the experience I would have to admit maybe it was worth it.

Very friendly hosts. Great pre-arrival communication. The room was large and well set up. A pleasing, firm queen sized bed. All spotlessly clean. A super practical bathroom too. Basic continental breakfast items supplied at arrival. A shame that we could only spare 1 night here. The hosts recommendation to eat nearby at Molly Fultons was a great tip.

Our host was friendly and warm on our arrival. She has gone over and above to help us settle in and let us feel loved and welcome. The rooms are spacious with lovely big windows to enjoy the countryside and garden. The property has a lovely view of the rolling hills and mountains. Peace and Tranquility is medicine for the tired and weary soul and body. It is close to Sligo and Strandhill beach if you fancy a walk on the beach or go for a swim or maybe some surfing. Then there is the lovely Glencar Waterfall with a coffee shop if you fancy a cup of coffee or a bite to eat after the walk to the waterfall. i will highly recommend Peace and Tranquility when visiting Sligo.

This is one of the best stays we have had with booking.com or Air BNB, the facility and surroundings are exceptional. A high quality facility with exceptional quality rooms. Service was outstanding and the family room is a proper horse barn so if you like horses like my family do them your in for a real treat. Host was a Super Guy and went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommended.
