We loved The Happy Pig! It is a beautiful place and their attention to detail is wonderful. Irma was awesome and was happy to call a restaurant for us and offer suggestions for places to visit on the Ring of Kerry. Great place!

We had a delightful stay at Mulcahys and met the hosts - Marian, Morty and Sarah. They had a warming fire in their fireplace when we arrived. What a beautiful B&B. Our upstairs room was very large, immaculate clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. I voted our bed there as the best mattress in Ireland and I had a fantastic night of sleep! The bathroom was very large and nice with a great shower/hot water. We were excited they used top sheets and had wash cloths (face cloths)! We now understand that is not a common item offered at lodgings in Europe. In the morning, we were served a delicious Irish breakfast with wonderful homemade brown bread. Morty keeps their yard beautifully manicured with blooming flowers. We hope they will visit us sometime in East TN when they are on holiday in the US.

Patricia is a wonderful host, she made us feel at home. The house is very nice and the bedrooms were lovely and comfy. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was amazing, we had plenty of choices and fresh food. We will definitely come back.

Nice reception, we felt welcome. Plenty ofpeople have been there as the guest book shows. Nice and light, the living room was cozy and breakfast was really great. The hostess bakes own bread. The rooms were nice and light and beds comfy.

    I would highly recommend the Green Isle, and would happily stay there again myself. Communication with the hosts was great, house was spotless and breakfast honestly expected our expectations. The room was decorated with taste and bed was really comfy. Location is ideal too for a trip on the Ring of Kerry or the Beara Peninsula.

    The location is ideal - only a few minutes walk from the main area of shops and pubs. Doors had key pads so very easy for people to come and go. The room was very clean and a v comfy bed. I'd recommend it highly. Kristin responded to text messages very promptly.
