Staff were all very friendly, the room was very clean(room service every day!). The breakfast was just amazing — fresh berries, omelette, yoghurt, toasts, fresh juices. I was very happy with everything and will definitely stay there whenever I'll go to Kinsale again.

location is perfect and the house is lovely. loved the view and garden. breakfast was great! We loved the bath products and room scents. The carpet is made of natural jute or sisal which keeps the house feeling fresh. No old building damp odors that are sometimes a problem in Ireland.

Great location, nice and quiet with no traffic noise or late night revelers, secure parking with keyfob access and located just 2 mins from the beach, and the 17th century James' fort. Impressively spacious and contemporary design for a boat, akin to a penthouse or something docked in Miami, with top quality finishes, materials and bedding. Two big screen TV's with good wifi, cooking facilities, and a top deck terrace for watching the sunset. no expense spared and not really comparable to the usual trident / acton / other hotels in town.
