Everything about the hotel was fab, we arrived to the genuinely welcoming smile of front receptionist Nina, an absolute pleasure to deal with, helpful informative and just lovely. The room was great, we had breakfast delivered and it was scrumptious. On leaving we met Jonathan, again a fantastic representative funny and extremely helpful. We'll be visiting again thats for sure!!

It’s very clean and comfortable. We have 5 people, family stay is pretty suitable! We drove car to visited Galway and Cliffs of Moher a day trip. The location is OK to plan this trip! The host is very friendly!

Everything about the property and our stay there was fabulous. The fire was lighting when we arrived and it was so comfortable and welcoming. The house was spotless and very spacious. The kitchen and fridge was stocked with some items, which was a very thoughtful touch. We were reluctant to leave but we will definitely be back.

    The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. The bar food was delicious and the portion sizes were huge. The rooms were very clean. And as it was Easter week, they left a little chocolate bunny lollipop and a carton of apple juice in the room for thr child, which was a lovely touch

    The room and facilities in the hotel are spotless and well maintained. The hotel is in a perfect location close to train station and the town which is what we wanted The staff in both the hotel and bar where friendly and definitely improved our stay

    Hotel is in an ideal location in the centre of Portlaoise. Leisure centre was very nice, with a good pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Room was a good size and was very clean.

    The owners very nice, approachable and informative. The house location is ideal within walking distance to the center of the town. The rooms very clean and well maintained. The breakfast (selection of breakfasts to choose from) was outstanding, this included home baking, the use of local products and you are informed where the products are sourced from.
