I was able to find the perfect weekend long gateway at Kalimpong offbit. When I booked the property, It was so undersold, the view from the property, Rooftop sitting & cafe, top notch amenities provided in the room, the delicious local and Bengali preparations, and even the welcoming amazing host Debasish Da. I was surprised to find the pleasant weather amid dense forest on top of the mountain. The Property is made of concrete and that's instead of the chilling air at night, we stayed warm and comfortable. The toilet has geiser so bathing daily was not a problem. Their wifi connection is so good that I downloaded two full movies and watched them. From cleanliness to good behaviour, the whole thing just won my heart. The location of the homestay makes it easy to plan trips via car. You can easily reach the property without spending a fortune. We hopped on a bus to kalimpong from Siliguri Tenging Norgey Bus Stand and then rented a Share Cab to Pedong at only 80/- per person to reach there. It's location just few steps far from the Ramadhura View Point. You can plan trips to Delo Park (must visit) and then Lava Monestry, Eco Tourist Park, Rishap etc. I am definitely going to visit again. Absolutely in owe with the stay.

Had an amazing stay at Hills tale hostel.The location is calm, just walkable from bus stand and market and the owners and staffs were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the dorm room—it was spacious, well-lit, and the beds were super comfortable, offering a great night's sleep. The room was also kept very clean, and there were lockers for securing valuables. It was a perfect environment for relaxing after a day of exploring. I would definitely recommend Hills tale for anyone looking for a fun, social experience on a budget. I’d happily stay here again.

The staff are very well behaved, pure by heart, Very clean, hygienic Food served. The best thing about the hotel is the view from the balcony of the premium family room (at a very reasonable price)- the kanchanjangha and Tista River standing and flowing together in front of us 24 hours was Amazing. The concierge service of the hotel is very flexible and reliable. A loads of thanks to Mr. Pabal and Mr. Swarup to make our booking ultra flexible and convenient as I visited with my mother. And thanks to the manager Mr. Kushal and his team to provide us with an easy stay with the adventurous paragliding booking arrangements along with the evening Musical jamming session. I would like to recommend Deolo Mist to all the nature lovers and perfect for senior citizens who mostly feel like staying inside the hotel for not moving around much climbing the high hills ,- with having the amazing view from the giant balcony.

    The location, views and plants. Some people talk about the steep slope to reach it but it was not a big deal. You are in the hills here so everything goes up and down. It was only a few minutes walking from the clocktower and yet very quiet.

    Amazing location with a stunning view. Super kind owner and very friendly staff. The restaurant / common area is cozy and welcoming + the food is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean. Kalimpong is an ideal destination to start your journey further up north. We were a group of six friends and we absolutely loved our stay at 'Little Paradise'.
