If you want to stay in an old traditional house right in the middle of the Latin Quarters of Fontainhas, that’s the place! The terrace is amazing, full of beautiful plants. Jeanette and her family are the best, helped me with absolutely everything, from booking car transfers to preparing the breakfast earlier before walking tours! I would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was an unexpected bonus and was lovely. I really appreciated that the host let me stay on past the check out time until it was time for me to leave for my overnight train trip. Good location on a quiet tree-lined street.

The apartment was very nice and clean. The owners were very friendly kind and helpful. The property is a brand new luxury high end building at a very affordable price. Next time I visit Goa, I will definitely rebook at this location.

    The location of this property was truly ideal for a vacation. View of Mandovi river is just awesome from first floor balcony..Rooms along with balcony are quite spacious. Staffs are extremely helpful and polite. Food was excellent. Complementary breakfast was reasonably good.
