we traveled group of 2+2 across Scilly. we stayed at a lot of places (hotels, apartments, houses) and this is by far the best one. why? it exceeded expectations and description on booking. it is brand new, so everything is fresh and clean. beds and sheets are comfortable and nice to touch. view from the terrace is real and the terrace essentially calls you to sit in the super comfortable chairs and watch the sea. don’t forget your drink while you’re enjoying seaview. there’s real free parking at the property, while other offers are offering “free_to_find_if_you_are_lucky _parking_spot_at_the_street_somewhere_in_town”. Then going dining. it is 5mins walk, to the restaurants arrea. there’s hidden path even google isn’t aware! so cool. must visit place for sea food lovers. however spaghetti norma has been also being offered and was great. in 2mins drive you can find supermarket with everything. Mario, the host, super friendly and helpful. in summary- absolutely outstanding place to relax or to do trips around.

I truly appreciated the host's remarkable availability, promptness, kindness, and speed in accommodating us, especially considering the reservation was made by Booking.com staff only an hour before, at 9 PM. This was after another host canceled our Booking.com reservation just as we arrived at their property. The owner of Mosa House, however, very kindly welcomed us at 10 PM. Everything in the house was prepared for guests, and the parking spot in front of the house was free. The rooms are very spacious, the cleanliness is impeccable, the bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is very large and well-equipped. There's also a big terrace at the back of the house with a dreamy view of the sea. It offers good value for money. I wholeheartedly and confidently recommend Mosa House.
