Warm and welcoming. The rooms are conveniently above the restaurant and are large and accommodating. There is a nice morning breakfast room with various fare. The restaurant is superb. The food is delicious and some of the best we’ve had in Italy. The staff treats you like family and always welcome.

Excellent value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable, everything seemed new. Entrance to the property is very pretty, gives the impression of luxury (especially at night with the lights on the sides). Parking is inside. It feels very safe.

Despite their lack of English, our hosts were very welcoming. The guesthouse is very nice, with lots of fruit trees in the garden. The room was comfortable and we had access to a small kitchen next door.

Everything is just perfect. The place is so clean and spacious, the owner is so friendly, the location is 6 minutes walk from the train station, the area is safe and quiet. What would you need more? Highly recommend it!!!

    The hosts were great and could not have done more to welcome and help us. The outside space is fantastic - the pool area was all new, lots of seating areas (in shade and in sun). There is a bar area with an outdoor gas BBQ and pizza oven when we used on several night. And the view of the hills makes it a very relaxing location. Indoors had what we needed with spacious bedrooms. From the property you can travel by car to several local areas of interest (within 1 hour) - Caserta, Pompeii, Capua.

    We really enjoyed our stay and all the facilities of the villa which is in a very private location just on the edge of town with lots of choices for restaurants etc within 10 minutes drive. We did some day trips to Naples and to Capua (amazing Roman Ampitheatre) but most of the time we just lazed by the pool with a cold drink and relaxed. Great hosts there to help with anything that is needed.... not that we needed anything !
