Extremely clean - spotless and shiny, all surfaces and spaces. Beds - great, comfortable and with very cozy covers and quality bed sheets. Bathroom - modern, functional and equipped with everything you need. A mini fridge, complimentary coffee capsules and tea sachets, as well as nice little snacks. The storage niche - well organised and convenient. Besides the beds - intuitive touch panels to command ambient lights and power your phone. Ceiling lights are also quite nice. TV is Android, Netflix is free, the Internet is very good quality. The room is located in a private yard where you enter with a code, so it's safe and the yard is nicely furnished in case you want to sit outside and have a coffee or just relax. Location of the property - great. Close by you have a convenience shop, a pizza place and bus stops. Naples Central station is just 20 minutes away walking, as well as other important places you may want to visit. I highly recommend the place!

The property is very clean and the staff makes you feel like you're family. Ivano, his Mom and the rest of the team were more than warm and welcoming to us. They are also conveniently located very close to the city centre and public transportation stations. I would 100 percent recommend this property.

Extremely nice and clean room. Close to the airport. I walked 30 minutes from napoli centrale after arriving to Naples with a train. We were able to do a check-in after midnight which was great. The stay was perfect for us as it was so close to airport and allowed late check-in. The host was incredibly helpful and kind. We did a late booking, arrived just before midnight and one person from our group had their phone charge run out on late plane arrival. I was going to go alone to find them but the host kindly accompanied me with his car to go and find them. The host also bought and gave us food after midnight when we were hungry.
