11/10 We had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment — everything was perfect! The host, Alberto, was incredible — super friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself looked very luxurious and stylish, and it was fully equipped with everything to make us feel at home. The location is just perfect, right in the heart of the town, with stunning views from the large balcony directly over Lake Como and the central square — absolutely breathtaking! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you, Alberto, for such a wonderful experience — we’ll definitely be coming back! Grazie mille :)

Phenomenal space! The place is just like in the photos. It is brand new. It is immaculately clean. The view from the terrace is even better in person! The bed is very comfortable. The AC worked perfectly. The place had everything we needed. We had a great time! Our host Simone was so very kind and always available for any questions or recommendations. He went above & beyond to make us feel welcome. We travelled with our toddler and he made sure our little one had everything he needed to have a comfortable stay. We overall had a great time and I 100% recommend this place!

Loved everything about this place. Location was great, has parking and ac, and possibly the BEST dryer in all of lake como or Italy. The place was exactly like how it is in the photos, spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

After a very long travel day getting to Menaggio, we walked the very short walk from the bus station, opened the doors to this apartment, and were blown away! The layout of the room was wonderful and spacious with an exceptional shower head and a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was well stoked with all utensils that we needed. The location was excellent, short walk to a supermarket, the main center, restaurants and the bus stop. The host was very friendly and was there to help us if we needed anything. Loved the location and view from the windows, with the sound of the waterfall outside very calming. We loved our stay here!

    The property was absolutely spotless when we arrived, like it was brand new. A welcome goodie bag including some coffee and toiletries was a lovely addition. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were great and the air on worked like a dream. It’s in a brilliant location just a few minutes stroll from the main town and restaurants etc, and there’s a supermarket next door for anything you need.

    Apartment was beautiful, perfect location, close to port and easily accessible. The host was amazing- helped us easily find the apartment and was great with communicating. Very clean, everything we needed from utensils to pantry essentials. Great internet, clean linen, comfortable bed, great bathroom- would definitely stay here again. Very close to restaurants and the main square- ideal location. Thank you so much for such a beautiful, relaxing and comfortable stay.
