Such a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The $5 breakfast was a feast for our teenagers. The air conditioning was a treat, because it was above 37C outside. From here it was easy to get to Venice and Lago di Garda.

This was the best bed and breakfast stay in Italy we had on our 8 day trip. The host was very nice and welcoming and greeted us at the door. He explained everything for us in the area and even created a city guide for us to use. The room was very clean and decorated. It had great ambiance. The breakfast was delicious and he had a high chair for us to use for our 1 1/2 year old baby. I was satisfied with everything and plan to come back and would recommend to anyone. You can take a 20 minute train from this bed and breakfast to Venice which will be a great future trip for us.

Really relaxing and nicely furbished hotel that has a fantastic thermal pool and spa treatment. The staff is so welcoming, warm and friendly. We’ve been to a lot of places, but here trully the staff stands out. Everything seems so easy, and the overall energy of the hotel is so inviting and cozy. We had a small balcony, free parking, nice breakfast buffet, and reservations for private spa. It was Perfect!

I don't even know where to begin!!! 🤩 The hosts are EXTREMELY friendly and helpful, wonderful people! They are talkative and caring. One day, a radiator in my room stopped working, and the owners were so worried about my health that they strongly encouraged me to use the conditioner (it was not that cold). During my two-week-long stay, the wonderful woman and her sons would all come to check on me from time to time, to ask about my well-being and chit-chat a little. I was alone, overwhelmed, and feeling lost in a new, very foreign country, so no words can describe how much I appreciated those little bits of socialization. They even taught me how to use an espresso machine! I've never seen one in person, so that was quite exciting 😄. The older son of the family knows basic English, which was INCREDIBLY useful to me, a person who speaks ZERO Italian. All of my flatmates got the same, nicest possible treatment. Most people just had dinners, showers, slept the night, and then were gone before late morning, but that never stopped the hosts from giving very warm welcomes. None of my flatmates EVER complained about anything (or maybe I was not curious enough, who knows 😅). Everything is VERY clean, Very new~, and the general cleanliness upkeep is quite impressive! (This is coming from a person with OCD tendencies). All the photos are completely true. I have seen all of the rooms, and every single one of them is exactly what they appear to be in the photos. All in all, a very solid 9.5/10 experience. Highly recommend! Would come here again ☺️.

Very convenient location for what we needed. Quiet location, so we could get the rest we needed. We could park or car in a gated area adjacent to the apartment. Laura, the owner, was (is) very pleasant to talk to, very kind, and available for our needs, if any.

    Breakfast was excellent and the location too. Wonderful house, the receptionist was great. Wish our room were not in the loft as my father was 72. Climbing two set of stairs was not easy for my father. But the other aspects of the stay overshadows this limitation. Will stay again.

    Spaceous, clean room and bathroom in a new por recently renovated part of the hotel, in the quiet back part. The double bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Excellent shower. Great breakfast buffet for a very affordable price. Very friendly and helpful staff.
