The hotel is in a quiet area just a short walk to the main train station and about a 20-25 minutes easy walk to the historic centre of Padua. The room was large and there were wardrobes to put our clothes. There's also a delightful communal terrace with lovely views of the church nearby. It's ideal for sitting outside on warm Italian evenings. The staff were all very helpful. There's also loads of free parking just next to the hotel (the hotel's carpark). Very lovely street and it's calm, even though it's close to the main tourist destination. Staff is super friendly and helpful, professional and was a pleasure to deal with. The room itself was quite big, very clean and modern. We were surprised, that this hotel has only 3 stars to be honest.
