The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable with a very nice bathroom. It had a balcony with a beautiful view. The host, Luca, was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. He also took us on an incredible kayaking excursion through the stunning blue waters of Sardinia and made our time there wonderful.

    Perfect stay! Only stayed one night but would have extended if I didn’t have pre booked plans. The host was very responsive and helpful. The rooms had everything you would need - very clean and quiet in the surrounding neighbourhood. Just a short walk from the train station and port which was ideal. No complaints!

    The place is perfect, 100% clean, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. You can feel the extras everywhere, they didn't strive for just the basics in anything! The location is also great, the port is not far away, there is a parking lot in front of the house. Still, it is quiet, ideal for a longer stay. We were completely satisfied with everything. A very demanding place, thank you for everything!

    Very spacious flat, big enough for up to 4people (ideally a family with 2children), it was new, apparently after recent renovation. The host was very friendly and flexible. It was not a problem to change the hour of check-in which helped us a lot. During our stay he asked us if we were not missing anything in the house. Good location - not so close from the beach but on the other hand very quiet street, very close to the railway station (connection to Sassari). I would definetly recommend this accomodation. We enjoyed our stay!

    Antonio was a wonderful host, with good communication, very kind and thoughtful. The location is great. Close to train station and ferries - everything really! This was the cleanest apartment I’ve stayed in during my 3 week stay in Sardinia. It was spotless and felt good.
