Absolutely amazing, cozy, clean and spacious rooms. Easy check in with instructions. Parking space on request (10€). The area is safe, walkable distance to the city center, very helpful host. In our past trip we stayed there twice, now this is our favorite for Bologna. Thank you for a great hospitality!!

Apartment was close to city centre and within walking distance to eateries and shopping. Room was clean, spacious, well-renovated and well stocked-up . Federica took it upon herself to make us feel welcome and gave us a list of food recommendations. She’s always at hand and available tooffer help and guidance. As room comes with no breakfast, she made sure room is stocked up with cookies she bought in case we needed a bite

I had a wonderful stay in this room. Everything was very clean and well maintained, with a modern and stylish feel. The location is excellent just a short walk from the city centre, making it easy to explore. Check-in was smooth, and the space was comfortable and quiet. The apartment was great: spacious, modern,clean and comfortable. I loved the location. It was really easy to get to via bus from the train station (bus stop right outside the apt.) It was also a pleasant walk back to the train station. It’s an easy walk to get to the center. So many shops and restaurants in the area. It was so, so hot in Bologna when I was there, but the air conditioning in the apartment was perfect. One afternoon I came home and had difficulty opening the door (you need to pull in toward you!) and the owner was super responsive and helpful. I recommend this apartment highly for a solo traveler or a couple.
