Giacomo and his wife are lovely. The property was gorgeous and peaceful and the view-breathtaking. I loved the gardens. The inside of the house was very clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. It was just a short 2-3 minute drive to the beach. I love that it was away from noises and lots of people. I only wish we could have stayed longer and gotten to know this sweet family better.

I needed a simple room for one night in that area of Pesaro, so I booked this accommodation thinking it might be a room in someone’s house. Technically, it is, but it has a private entrance and is so much more than just a room. The bedroom and ensuite bath were perfect… clean, well appointed, very comfortable. And, as a bonus, the owner was very nice and accommodating. Everything was just perfect.

nice and friendly host. we could lock our laggage in the room before coming back to check in. the breakfast was tasty with great variety (coffee, tea, juice, cereal, fresh fruit, toast, sweets). cosy rooms and a terrace for common use. big flexibility regarding breakfast time and departure/arrival.
