this property is a 10/10 for me. the owners are very sweet and even sat down and told me the history of this beautiful ryokan. It was comfortable and beautiful. When I’m in Japan again I will definitely book a stay here again.

The room was spacious with a large bathroom. Loved the rainfall shower head. The bed was soft but we found it to be very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. Hotel was very close to the station (less than 5 minute walk). Also nice that you could connect to Netflix after a long day out

Very convenient location next to train station, short walk to aquarium and shopping center with lots of food options, and 20 min taxi to Universal Studios. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Property felt brand new - modern and spotless. Room was spacious with plenty of room for our family of 4. They welcomed us with a canvas tote and water bottle to celebrate their 2-year anniversary which was unexpected and very generous - much appreciated! I also love that they did not charge extra for children, and cleaned the room daily, unlike the other properties we stayed at.
