First of all, this is not a hotel; it is a 9-story apartment building. Only 2 apartments are reserved for Booking, while the rest belong to permanent residents. Therefore, there is no reception, and you must sort the garbage yourself and follow the strict residential rules. While we had no issues with the rules, the lack of a reception was challenging. We have stayed in many self-check-in places before, but the multi-stage security system here was surprisingly complicated. Following the instructions, we unlocked the mailbox, but getting the key from the lockbox inside took over an hour. The passcode provided was incorrect, and communication with the host's staff was slow, as they sent different codes every 10 minutes ("try this, now try that") while we waited outside. After a long flight and total exhaustion, this was quite frustrating. This was unexpected because the host had been very helpful and informative before our arrival. We don't know why it went wrong that day. Other than that, the apartment was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with everything needed (washing machine, kitchen utensils, AC, TV, etc.). Sorting the detailed trash system for the first time was difficult for us, so we apologize if we made any mistakes. On the plus side, there is a bus stop right in front, a Don Quijote very close by, and the subway station is a 5-7 minute walk. Juso is a major transit hub, so traveling to central Osaka and Kyoto was incredibly easy and convenient. Thank you for hosting us.
