Clean, quiet, great food, staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, I loved the onsen in our room, and the self grinding coffee was excellent, beautifully decorated.

The place is really nice. Very new, very clean, his useful guideline and very convenience with modern equipment. The owner is so nice since the first chat and we lost the card. His response is so generous to us. He optimistically said no worry, it’s your holiday we can find them later, please enjoy🥹. The rooms were spacious for myself and my adult son and young daughter. I loved that they provided pajamas - the staff were super friendly (although one of the staff members seemed to be irritated with me when I was trying to speak to him, but he later did apologize - the language barrier was perhaps frustrating for me to relay to him my proper concern and this must have frustrated him as he took my questioning as impatience on my part - he told me to "Just Wait!" in a very annoyed tone with me - I'm okay though as I realize I am not used to their ways and perhaps it is considered very rude to try to speak up when I think they are not hearing me properly. In any case, overall, the other staff members were perfect and extremely helpful to me. I would definitely stay here again!
