Renée and Motoyasu were so helpful and made every effort to set the house up so that our family would be comfortable. They provided a separate small futon for our baby, toys and books and a toilet seat for our toddler, and helped us set up the barbeque outside.

The room design is cozy, modern and functional for using. Hotel atmosphere is very nice. Helpful staffs. Breakfast is delicious and healthy. Hotel located in quiet area then we have a good sleep all night long. 10mins walk from Karuizawa station. Recommended.

The room was comfy and spacious. The AC is right in front of the bed which was very nice. A bus stop is less than a minute away, so getting to/coming from Takasaki station is easy. The overall area is nice, with a few local sites to see and a lot of food options in walking distance. The host is very nice! Her english is very good as well, and gave me some tips on things to do like Mount Haruna.

Wonderful property, spotless, bright, new, well equipped, very comfortable. Everyone slept comfortably and there was room for all 5 of us at the dining table. There is a fantastic grocery store right next door and a bus stop just a few minutes away. We also used GoTaxi several times and the place was easily accessible for them. The washing machine was so nice and the owner has provided plenty of drying racks, hangers and clothespins - a huge blessing to a large family! The unit isn’t directly attached to the one next door, so guests don’t disturb each other as easily with noise levels. There are no units above, so no stomping sounds over your head. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for my husband to get some work done. Also it actually looks just like the listing photos.

Absolutely loved Karuizawa. We went for shopping, good food and snowboarding!Wanted a local Japanese stay that was a easy 10 minute walk from station. This was it, place was huge and had good review after searching using only google maps! Family friendly, exceptional staff and huge place that easily fits 10 adults if you make use of 2 beds, sofa bed and tatami mat/room. Whole family loved the place.

So spacious feels like in ur own home. I dont know whether its new or not but the property is well maintained. Looks brand new. Near 711. nakakaruizawa station only 10mins walking amd also near harunire terrace.
