The views from the onsen and from my room were spectacular. I loved the nature surrounding the hotel. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly.

This is a suite on the bottom floor of a house. The owners live on the upper floor. There was really no problem with this except that we worried about noise disturbing the owners. It was extremely comfortable and homey and you can make use of a massage chair which was wonderful.

This was our absolute favorite hotel during our entire trip to Hokkaido! The hotel is incredibly beautiful, with aesthetic details everywhere you look. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were so kind and welcoming. You can even book a private hot spring, which was such a special experience! We chose the breakfast-included option, and it was absolutely amazing—so delicious and abundant. On top of that, the restaurant’s view was breathtakingly beautiful. Our room was simply perfect—we loved it so much! It was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a stunning view of the ocean right outside. We are already looking forward to coming back again in the future! Thank you so much to the Wakamatsu and all the wonderful staff for giving us such a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
