I wasn't aware I booked a smoking room, which when I checked in and it really smells absolutely like a smoking room. Then I asked the staff if there are still non-smoking rooms available and she is so nice and helpful and change me to a non-smoking room which really doesn't have any cigarette smell and it saves my life that day.
