The hotel was beautifully designed, room was clean with comfortable bed and Smart TV. The best part are the staffs, courteous and professional ! Special thanks to Anne ( Assistant front desk Manager) , she took care of coordinating birthday surprises for my husband, decorating the room by housekeeping, birthday cake for dinner, kudos to Glow staffs for the lively birthday song. Anne also arranged for late check out. I am so pleased I chose Glee to unwind before our long flight to Canada. 😀😀👏👏

Brilliant hotel with a beautiful garden that smells fresh and green! Food in restaurant is stunning! Staff is super kind and attentive. Room where we stayed is not big, but clean, sheets are crystal white, bathroom is very nice.     I liked the pool, the breakfast on the terrace and the relaxing environment. The place is very clean. Standard room are very nice, but budget room is very small and the showers is bad. Some members of the staff are extremely nice, like Susan, others make trubles... Overall in a good place to stay, we spent 2 weeks and the location was good for us because we needed to travel to magadi everyday.
