This was a great place to stay. I spent a week here while visiting Ala-Archa Park and hiking. The location is great. It is in a quiet village, close to the mountains and also not far from Bishkek, so it is easy to go both ways. The house was very clean and comfortable. The family who lives here was very kind and always ready to help. They made me feel welcome. The breakfast was also very nice. They also helped me with other things during my stay, which I really appreciated. I think this place is better than staying in a hotel. It feels more real and the people here truly care about you. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to explore Ala-Archa and relax in a peaceful place.

Overall, this hotel is a great choice. The staff were wonderful and the hotel was very nice. We were very happy with our rooms. In our first room, the toilet wasn't bolted down and I almost went over with it and when this happened, it ruined the wax ring and water leaked. The staff were awesome though and put us into a new room without any issues. The restaurant on site is very good. I had a local dish that was basically pot roast. I also had the Caesar Salad. The salad itself was big enough for a meal. Both dishes were great. My only issue that we had is that we wanted to do horseback riding. That was a bit difficult. They were busy and we wanted the mountain option. They wanted us to wait for an hour to do it. I wanted to just book for the next day and prepay, but they don't allow this. I don't see why a person can't book and pay for a time and then just have the horses ready. Seems simple. It worked out though. We went through a different company and had a blast. The horse stables at the hotel look very nice and things are clean and the staff does a great job of taking care of the animals and facilities. It looks like a nice place to ride. One thing that surprised us was the breakfasts. They are so much food. We were very happy with them. You definitely won't go hungry.
