It’s just a short distance from the lively Pub Street and major shopping centers, making it easy to enjoy Siem Reap’s vibrant culture, food, and nightlife without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. the host family was very kind, generous & helpful. the accommodations absolutely perfect. my room was so clean & spacious. the bed very comfortable with nice sheets & good pillows. there was a small kitchenette with everything needed for cooking. the beautiful, large bathroom complete with soaps, toothbrushes & other amenities was wonderful, as was the hot water & excellent water pressure. the place felt brand new, bright & fresh, very clean & comfortable. i highly recommend the kitya homestay & the wonderful host family

    The manager Ian was one of the kindest and most genuine persons that we have ever met. The place was clean, room was comfy and location is great to visit Angkor and the free Botanical Gardens. Property is very quiet and green. Do bring a good mosquito repellent:) Ask Ian for anything you would like to visit and he will sort it out. 100% Recommended.
