Clean, small room but ok for Seoul. Breakfast is on the terrace with the nice view. The location is good, close to many attractions. A lot of eateries and markets around. As a Muslim travelers it was a nice to see many halal friendly restaurants and markets around.

The location is perfect! The quaint alleys of Ikseon-dong with its multiple small restaurants, cafes and shops is right behind the hostel. The subway is two corners away, the airport bus stop is 8 minutes away (very convenient!) and many important sightseeing locations are within walkable distance. The staff of the hostel is exceptionally kind and helpful. Rooms are small but very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and very convenient. It was my second stay at the Hostel Korea Ikseon and I would go back anytime!

Big room and complimentary Bar is amazing, staff in hotel is helpful and welcoming all the time. Laundry on 7th floor which you can use for won2000 each for washing and dryer and Won500 for powder. Myeongdong station in 4 min walk, airport limousine is 3 min away amd shopping in 1 min away....its in heart of myeongdong. Lovely spot. Little expensive but worth it.

I had a perfect stay! Cozy hostel with extremely friendly and helpful staff just 1 - 2 min walk from Dongdaemun metro station. The soundproofing and bathroom drainage are the only minor problems I found. I didn’t take any photos of the hostel—just a photo of the air conditioner remote. lol.

The location of the facility was very convenient. It has a very accessible location from the subway stations. The hygiene overall of the facility was great! The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly as well. I think if I'm visiting Korea again, I would book this place again. Recommended for fellow visitors!

I’ve stayed at many hostels during my travels, but this one in Seoul stands out as truly exceptional. It’s a brand-new space, and you can tell the owners have put so much care into making it perfect for guests. The layout of the building is incredibly cool and functional, with separate shower and bathroom facilities that are not only spotless but thoughtfully designed something you rarely find in hostels. The location is ideal, close to all the action but in a quiet area that allows for a good night’s sleep. What truly makes this place special, though, are the owners. They are some of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve met, always ready to help and make your stay feel like home. Their passion for hospitality shines through in every detail, from the cleanliness to the warm atmosphere they create. If you’re visiting Seoul, I can’t recommend this hostel enough. It’s hands down the best place I’ve stayed—comfortable, clean, and run by people who genuinely care about your experience. This place deserves all the success in the world, and I’ll definitely be back on my next visit to Seoul!

    It was a very good deal for a budget traveller considering the location, it's perfect and easy access to almost everywhere and everything. For an Asian like me, the room's size was just enough. Location is hard to beat as it's in Myeongdong's heart and connects to many tourist sights even in walking distance, has plenty of bus and metro connection in proximity too.
