I had a very pleasant stay. My flight was early morning at 5.00 am, and I was checked into the room after arriving from the airport at 8.00am. So, I didn’t have any problem with it, no extra payment even. I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. Even they invited me to iftar. They did nice compliments for girls in March’8. The location of the hostel is great and close to everything. Extremely clean room and everywhere. I loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new. Good conditions and a pleasant smell. The shower has all the necessary accessories, such as shampoo, gel, conditioner. There is also a hamam. I stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for me. I was looking for a place like this, just to take a deep nap, the bed was very comfortable. This is truly the place to relax after a long journey.

We had a very pleasant stay! Place is very clean, room is comfortable and very neat, neighborhood is quiet, location is very close to city centre via Yandex. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend this place.

Ms Assyl is very accommodating. She helped us throughout our entire journey in Almaty. From helping us how to book taxi, showing us the locations. Our hotel/apartment type of accommodation is very cozy and everything is available( utensils and plates plus cookware) with washing machine, fridge and microwave. Its very convenient, clean and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Talgat was very helpful and responsive, even though we communicated solely via WhatsApp with the help of translation. He ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. The apartment is clean, spacious, and exactly as we hoped. The water pressure is excellent, and having our own AC was a nice touch, even though we visited during the winter. The location is unbeatable—just a short distance from Arbat Street, where there are plenty of restaurant options. It’s also incredibly convenient for accessing other parts of the city. You won’t regret choosing this apartment. Highly recommended, and thank you, Talgat, for your hospitality!
