Very quiet relaxing spot with well designed units. The service and food were excellent. An enjoyable 15 minute bicycle (they are free) ride to Elements Resort on the beach. The owner Anushka is a wealth of knowledge and was able to organize dolphin watching and onward travel for a reasonable price.

SurfPoint Sri Lanka is a really cool spot to spend time, to base from for kiting and/or to take lessons. I did lessons and the quality of the instruction was outstanding. The hotel is comfortable and has a really nice common area where people hang out, eat, and talk story about the day’s adventures and have a laugh. Nevertheless, the hotel is nice and quiet for sleeping. The value is excellent, the food is good and competitively priced, and the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend SurfPoint Sri Lanka, and I plan to return.

Great location close to beach. This area SL low key not all built up, quieter! The great breezes make it kite surfers paradise, and the breezes make the huge covered porch a nice place to hang out.. The family that manages very helpful, content & beautiful. They make good food, and help arrange local needs. The first night I stayed in budget room, but then upgraded for 2 nights to the larger cabana because it has better cross ventilation & surfaces to put things on. Both size rooms have your own porch with cushioned seating. Neither rooms have a/c but you don't need it with the good breezes & room fans.

    The design and layout of the resort is exceptional, its really is quite beautiful. The location is pretty cool, the beds were really comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. Our bungalow was gorgeous. Dealing with the resort through Booking.com was great, they were highly receptive and quick to respond to any query, helped us out with a driver (who was excellent).

    The hostel is well equipped. There is drinking water provided and they have bicycles too. The beds come with (much appreciated) mosquito netting. The owners went out of their way to help me. The beds are very comfy. The place is very clean and well set-up. It is also really the only budget option in the area.

    we stayed here for 4 nights - we felt very comfortable - our room was very clean and comfortable - the owner was very friendly, sympathetic and helpful - the food was typical of the country and very good - we can only recommend the facility - the location is very untouristic which we liked very much - full recommendation from us - we would love to come back :))

    Very quiet location on the Lagoon, with tropical grounds and lovely pool. Rooms were beautifully furnished with designer touches. The manager, Janith, and his staff were very helpful, and the chef prepared delicious food that was varied and local. Ideal for a restful and perfect short escape.
