Most helpful staff you could wish for, Reda improved our first impression of Fez, made us wellcome mint tea, and made great reccomendations for restaurant and spots to visit, even helped us with printing boarding passrs and organizing cheaper transport to airport then usual, always smiling and available to talk about anything, he was trully the highlight of our trip to Fes.
