We had an outstanding experience at this Riad, and the exceptional customer service truly stood out. Meriem, Mohamed, and the rest of her staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From a warm welcome at check-in to prompt and attentive assistance throughout our stay, the team's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident. I really appreciated their friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate my requests. Navigating the Medina is very confusing, Meryme guided us to the Riad over the phone from the parking lot. I can’t say enough about Meriem and her support during our stay. She scheduled our tour guide and she had recommendations for restaurants that were spot on. If you are driving in, park in the gravel/dirt lot on the corner of R501 and Ait Azliten. It is 30 Dirham a day, there are people waiting to carry your luggage in to the Riad, they are not affiliated with the Riad Sidrat. We paid 50 Dirham for a guy to bring our stuff into the Medina to Riad. All of the pictures on Google and Bookings.com are accurate however, they do not capture the beautiful Moroccan architecture and craftsmanship.

The Location is awesome and is close to Blue Gate of the Medina. The staff was great and arranged a pick up for 10 Euros. The room was spacious and was very clean. The breakfast was very good too. We went out to Media for fresh food. They cleaned the room daily and even arranged an adapter for us. Overall the stay was excellent in the Riad

This was by far the best experience I had in Morocco. Riad Farah is a really beautiful place in the heart of the Medina and really easy to find. Ahmed, Omar and the other staff are really wonderful humans, they’ll get you set up, tell you about places to visit, how to get there and arrange trips / activities for you. Around the clock they work to make your stay just perfect. This is not just a place to stay but they take you in, care for you and you’ll be part of the family. Everything was perfectly clean, the breakfast was insane and you can have a wonderful view from the rooftops! Make sure you book a cooking class with the one and only Omar while staying here, he’ll take you to the market for grocery shopping, teach you how to find the best ingredients and spices and tell you a lot about moroccan history / traditions. Thank you so much for having me, at some point I’ll be back!

An excellent hotel in every aspect. The staff are extremely helpful and kind, the place is spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Its location is outstanding—right in the heart of the market and the old city, so you won’t need transportation to explore the area. A complete and authentic Moroccan experience delivered with the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. Access can be a bit difficult due to the narrow alleys and the crowds in the market, especially if you have large suitcases. Still, this is a minor issue compared to all the other advantages. The breakfast was truly exceptional. Even though I arrived late, well past the official breakfast time, the hosts generously served us a full breakfast without hesitation.
