Narrativ was exceptional in every way possible. The location is perfect to be right in the heart of the beautiful city of Campeche. Sébastien was very attentive and provided many options for what to do and where to eat. The flat was exquisite and every detail was well thought out. The breakfast food provided was absolutely perfect and such a nice touch. I loved the simplicity of the flat yet it felt very comfortable and the style and cleanliness were perfect. If you are looking for a flat with taste and details like you will not find elsewhere, this is your place.

Jose Manuel is a super kind person and gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is a short walk away from the center, and there's a huge supermarket around the corner. The bed was comfy, the shower hot, and the air conditioning and fan worked perfectly. There was even a water cooker and small oven. It is a very beautiful house and very nicely decorated. There's also a garden, which still needs some work in the back, but the seating and hammock in the shade are very nice for relaxing. Safe and quiet area, and we would recommend this place to everyone!

This place is an absolute highlight. If it's available during your stay in Campeche, book without hesitation. Centrally located in walking distance to everything in the old town. The apartment is spacious and tasteful with everything you need and more, such as interior design that could win awards (photos are authentic), a large terrace and absolute privacy. At the same time Sebastien is a super responsive and caring host, we felt extremely welcome. Sure to come back, this is a unique experience!

Narrativ Lofts - Serena is a wonderful accommodation in the perfect location to explore all the best of Campeche. Sebastián, the host, was extremely responsive to our every need, although we had few. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed for a memorable stay. We especially appreciated the quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and premium linens. Even breakfast items (fruit, granola, eggs, juice, coffee, etc.) were there upon our arrival. I highly recommend Narrativ Lofts - Serena. You won't be disappointed!

I can’t stop thinking about Casa Japa. Even now that I’m home, it’s still on my mind! This place is truly magical. From the stunning old arches and that beautiful black and white tiled floor to the peaceful corners with hammocks and lush plants, every detail is thoughtful and inspiring. My sister and I had the most memorable and relaxing stay. The staff also made our stay feel even more special. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely cared that we had the best experience possible. I loved it so much that I’ve come home inspired to bring a little bit of Casa Japa’s charm into my own house. This place is more than just a place to sleep it’s a place that stays with you long after you leave.

Right in the historic center of the city. With pool, hammocks and lounge chairs it's a great spot to get out of the heat why you tour the city. Definitely a great spot for a family of 6 (we were 3). It was probably the most comvient.locatiin I have ever stayed for the money.

    The Casa is in a great location. the beach, shops and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The Casa is very clean and comfortable and facilities are excellent. Our hosts Luca and Elda are wonderful people. Very helpful and explained everything to us and provided us with maps of the local area and things to see and do. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Campeche.
