Absolutely exceptional! Everything was perfect! The host was very helpful with tips where to eat and what to do! The apartment is beautifully designed and we felt very welcome. The location is perfect - in the middle of the town.

Jose Manuel is a super kind person and gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is a short walk away from the center, and there's a huge supermarket around the corner. The bed was comfy, the shower hot, and the air conditioning and fan worked perfectly. There was even a water cooker and small oven. It is a very beautiful house and very nicely decorated. There's also a garden, which still needs some work in the back, but the seating and hammock in the shade are very nice for relaxing. Safe and quiet area, and we would recommend this place to everyone!

Awesome quiet place with spacious clean rooms and small kitchen. They have a nice outside area with a table, where you can work (and smoke), they even have a socket there. Huge plus is definitely the staff, they are really super-nice.

Communication with Sebastian was quick,clear and professional. He met us upon arrival . The loft was clean , well located , and very comfortable, Sebastian made some suggestions for dining and arranged transportation. Overall we were very pleased. Perfect place to visit Campeche.

Narrativ Lofts - Serena is a wonderful accommodation in the perfect location to explore all the best of Campeche. Sebastián, the host, was extremely responsive to our every need, although we had few. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed for a memorable stay. We especially appreciated the quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and premium linens. Even breakfast items (fruit, granola, eggs, juice, coffee, etc.) were there upon our arrival. I highly recommend Narrativ Lofts - Serena. You won't be disappointed!

I can’t stop thinking about Casa Japa. Even now that I’m home, it’s still on my mind! This place is truly magical. From the stunning old arches and that beautiful black and white tiled floor to the peaceful corners with hammocks and lush plants, every detail is thoughtful and inspiring. My sister and I had the most memorable and relaxing stay. The staff also made our stay feel even more special. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely cared that we had the best experience possible. I loved it so much that I’ve come home inspired to bring a little bit of Casa Japa’s charm into my own house. This place is more than just a place to sleep it’s a place that stays with you long after you leave.

Right in the historic center of the city. With pool, hammocks and lounge chairs it's a great spot to get out of the heat why you tour the city. Definitely a great spot for a family of 6 (we were 3). It was probably the most comvient.locatiin I have ever stayed for the money.
