Sra. Conchi was very attentive and we appreciated all the work she did to fill the pool back up after it had drained overnight. The apartment is right across the street from a path to the beach.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay in this nice casita! The king bed was really comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The beautiful beach is just 1 minute walk away. Jedrek, our wonderful host, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From local tips on dining and sightseeing to enjoyable evenings spent chatting on his porch with his adorable dog, he truly made us feel at home. Cocolitos is wonderful! The beds are super comfortable, I slept very well. I liked the kitchen and the grill in the patio. The pool was my favorite to refresh and rest. Everything was very clean and neat. It was an amazing experience to stay at Cocolitos and walk a few steps to find a spectacular view of the ocean to enjoy and relax. The best staff ever! Super friendly staff, helping at all times, we appreciated their recommendations to find many things to do in Sisal. 😊

The attached restaurant has the best breakfast we ate there all three days which we normally like to try various restaurants. Location was great one block to the beach and many great restaurants. We used the pool and they have a beautiful second floor patio facing the ocean so a wonderful breeze. Would definitely stay there again

Amazing location. Although the road to get there is a true nightmare 😅, the reward of having a practically a private beach and the best sunsets, watching the pink flamingos fly by, and pelicans “fishing” all day long is totally worth it. The house is split into three semi-independant sections, a bit weird, but practical at the end. Stephany was so helpful and kind. We had an amazing week.
