Great location, and nice, cozy house. The front door patio looks out into a lovely building. The host is super friendly too, I ran into him a few times and he was always really nice! Very peaceful, I could sit in the courtyard in the mornings eating the provided bread and cookies and planning my day.

Actual unit was exactly like the pictures! Spotless, spacious apartment with kitchen, microwave and washing machine provided. Perfect for a long staycation in Penang. Location is great, within Georgetown and Gurney Drive is just a few mins drive away. Easy to get food nearby as there is a Nasi Kandar place just opposite the condo (Shahabee Food Corner) and a very good Appam place 500m away (Apam Tosai Kg. Rawa) Loved the facilities, enjoyed the swimming pool, jacuzzi and my son loved the playground. They even have a library with actual books, so you can easily do your work there if you need "an office space". There's also Netflix provided in the unit. Will definitely consider staying here again.
