Situated in the heart of Thamel, Dali Hotel & Apartments was our first time staying in Thamel District, The hotel is easy to find and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, and I cannot express how impressed I am with every aspect of my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff's hospitality was truly outstanding. They welcomed me with warm smiles and made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. Not to forget the welcome drink which was offered was refreshing. Mr. Robin the manager of the hotel helped us with our check in aand always greeted us and checked up on us during our breakfast to make sure we were comfortable. The level of cleanliness in this hotel is nothing short of impeccable. I was amazed by the pristine condition of every corner of the property from the lobby area to the restaurant/Bar area. My room was spotless, and it was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. The rooms smell fresh and fragrant and the washroom and shower is perfect, especially the water pressure in the shower just hits the right spot after a long walk in thamel. What sets this hotel apart is the genuine care and attention to detail provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or making sure I had everything I needed in my room. They even booked the bus for our Pokhara trip. We want to say a big thank you to the 2 restaurant servers Smirti and Binu who always smiled and greeted us for our breakfast which made our stay even more enjoyable. I can confidently say that hotel Dali & Apartments is a shining example of exceptional hospitality and cleanliness. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience. The room was big (I got one for 3 persons actually) and it had everything I needed. I enjoyed the view from the terrace. Sadly I did not try the spa, but the food I ate at this hotel's restaurant was good (the price seemed reasonable too). Breakfast was 8/10 (Western-style, but it was vegan-friendly enough for me with its vegetables, bread, beans, black coffee etc.). Overall this has to be one of the best hotels in Kathmandu and I don't think one can go wrong with it. My expectations were high from the photos I saw, but this property exceeded them and I had a great time.

Best hostel in Kathmandu hands down. Comfortable dorm, super hospitable and helpful staff, the cafe was great and the cleaning staff done an amazing job keeping the space clean. The donation box is a nice touch for the traveler to let go stuff they no longer meed and for others to find stuff they might need. Sits on the quieter side of the neighborhood but still close to the center of Thamel.
