Beautiful surrounding areas and a wonderful place to stay close to Dunedin. Clean and comfortable and the hosts were wonderful - they came to check on us and offered a towel change which was very appreciated. Really great place to relax away from the city.

The prpoerty is clean, has key amenities such as sink, refridgerator, dishware, tv, wifi and a quality bathroom. There is also an outside space you can acess along with a bedroom and a small sitting area and kitchenette. The location was also great with a car. I could go anywhere in Dunedin in about 10 minutes.

Very thoughtful owner provided Bread, eggs, milk, butter and even Oats, of course coffee & tea are must. All cookware are available. Very clean kitchen and bathroom. Before arriving got the text for check-in, made it so easy for us, especially for those who will reach later at the evening. Would definitely come back again for future trips.

I really liked my room and the hotel generally. It was beautifully designed and made me feel comfortable during my stay while in town for the women's world cup. The staff was so nice, friendly, and very helpful. The housekeeping staff did such a great job cleaning my room. The front desk staff was so patient and friendly every time and I had questions. The cafe staff was so welcoming and nice. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would love to return.
